“The AI-driven LMS built to drive proprietary expertise” — the vendor’s own words

The best AI guardrail console we have scored in this category: admins set culture, pedagogy and compliance prompts at group level, and a course that contradicts the compliance prompt is stopped before it generates. The AI behind it is text-to-text only by the vendor's own admission, runs one Azure OpenAI model family with no model choice, and MCP is a Q3 2026 promise rather than a URL you can point Claude at.

Best for: Mid-market and enterprise L&D teams in the EU that want subject-matter experts authoring courses under centrally-set AI guardrails, and that can accept text-only generation, one model family and reporting that needs a BI tool bolted on.

Strengths

The AI governance is the product. Admins define Company culture, Pedagogy and Compliance prompts once at group level and every subgroup inherits them, so a subject-matter expert generating a course gets the organisation's standards baked into the first draft instead of a review cycle after the fact. If the request contradicts the compliance prompt, generation stops with an error; if a source document does, the offending passages are underlined; mention personal data and a GDPR reference is added automatically. Grounding is real: smart search answers from the customer's own catalogue and quotes the source course, and every customer platform gets its own model trained only on its own data. The data story is clean for an EU buyer, with Azure OpenAI inference in European data centres, 30-day prompt retention, no training on customer data and no third-party sharing. The API is better than the category average: OAuth 2.0, 150+ endpoints, a downloadable OpenAPI spec, HMAC-signed webhooks via Svix and an llms.txt for agents.

Honest dings

The vendor's marketing page sells Multimodal Generation while its own AI privacy documentation says the AI handles text-to-text and multi-modality is being explored. Believe the documentation. There is one model family (GPT-4/4o class), no model choice, no cheap tier and no reasoning model, which by August 2026 is a real quality ceiling. MCP has been publicly committed for Q3 2026 since 16/07/2026 and is not verifiable as shipped. Reporting is the recurring independent complaint across G2 (4.6/5 from 569 reviews), Software Advice and multiple 2026 reviews: no real-time dashboards, live results rebuilt from exports or the API, custom reporting behind Enterprise, no way to compare two courses. Reviewers also flag a roughly 6 GB video storage cap with 400 MB per-file splitting, a steep learning curve for complex courses, and a mobile app built for learners rather than admins.

Prices and details change — this passport is re-verified at least quarterly.
