Grounding is real: smart search answers from the customer's own catalogue and quotes the source course, and every customer platform gets its own model trained only on its own data. The data story is clean for an EU buyer, with Azure OpenAI inference in European data centres, 30-day prompt retention, no training on customer data and no third-party sharing.
