API access is plan-gated (Creator tier minimum, $89/mo) and limited to video CRUD — no function calling, evals or tracing. Credit-based pricing is hard to predict for automated pipelines. SCORM, Video Agents, 1-click translation and SSO are Enterprise-only, creating a steep jump from $89/mo to five-figure annual contracts. No EU data residency by default (UK-hosted; UK-GDPR, not EU GDPR). Creative ceiling outside structured presenter video remains real.
