Strengths
Brain2 adds persistent memory and automatic model routing across GPT-5.x, Claude Opus, Gemini 3 Pro and o3 (including reasoning-class o3). Super Agents are a genuinely mature agent product — mentionable, schedulable, 500+ skills — and an official MCP server (plus MCP-client support for GitHub/Atlassian) gives real two-way protocol coverage.
Honest dings
No embeddings API, vector store, fine-tuning or interpretability surface for customers. The Business-tier audit-log gap and Enterprise-gated governance features leave mid-market teams with weaker oversight. ClickUp's own benchmark comparing its agents to Copilot and ChatGPT is self-administered, not independently verified, and the Brain add-on is billed per seat regardless of AI usage.
