WHEN WE ARE WRONG
Corrections
We publish about eight machine-written items a day and more than 150 scored audits. Some of that will be wrong. This page says what happens then — and lists every time it did.
THE POLICY
What counts as an error. A fact that does not match its source. A number that does not add up. A score built on a claim the vendor did not make. A wrong attribution. Opinions, verdicts and "we would not buy this" are not errors — argue with them at @RXed_EU.
How a correction is labelled. On the page itself, above the content, dated, in a box you cannot miss. The original wording stays; the box says what changed. A corrected audit score keeps the old score visible in its audit history. Nothing is swapped silently.
What we do change quietly. Typos, broken links, formatting, a clearer sentence that says the same thing. If the meaning moves, it is a correction and it is logged here.
Who can ask, and how. Anyone. Mail hello@rxed.ai with the page and the source that contradicts it, or reply to the post on X. You do not need an account with us and you do not need to be right — a wrong report costs you nothing.
Who decides. One person: Jan, who signs every entry below. The pipeline never corrects itself without a human reading the source. When the cause was the pipeline, the pipeline is fixed too — that is the "fix" line in each entry.
THE LEDGER — 0 entries
Nothing here yet. Not because we are never wrong — because nobody has shown us one yet, and the pipeline has not caught one of its own. The first entry lands here the day that changes, with the date, the page, and the cause.
REPORT AN ERROR
Send the page address and the source that contradicts it to hello@rxed.ai. We answer every one; the ones that hold up appear above within a week.
