Everything runs on a monthly credit allowance rather than unlimited use, and credits are consumed at different rates per product (TTS, voice agents, dubbing). A seventh tier, Business, sits at $990/mo for 6M credits and 10 seats. A commitment-free pay-as-you-go option is also offered (roughly $0.05-$0.10 per 1K TTS characters). Prices exclude taxes.

Billing is the documented sore spot: Trustpilot sits at ~3.0/5 (~1,005 reviews) driven almost entirely by billing complaints — automatic overages on Creator+ hit without real-time alerts, and one shared credit pool means a minute of music (900 credits) or dubbing (up to 10,000 credits/min) silently eats your TTS budget. The free tier carries no commercial license. No first-party LLM means agent reasoning quality is inherited, and voice cloning remains a misuse surface despite verification gates.
