Two costs hide behind the seat price. Smart Meetings with three or more people consume Additional Users (attendees without a paid seat), sold in packs from $8/month on Starter to $18/month on Enterprise. And Enterprise is annual-only, so the monthly column simply says unavailable. Every new account gets a 14-day Business trial with no credit card, then downgrades to Lite. Discounts run 50% for education and 20% for nonprofits, startups, and switchers from Calendly, Clockwise or Motion.

Strengths
Preview Mode is the design decision that matters. Every calendar write, whether it came from the in-app assistant, a manual drag, or ChatGPT and Claude over MCP, is staged in a sandbox where all enabled agents re-run so you can see the full cascade before anything reaches Google Calendar or Outlook. Protocol coverage is the widest in the category: a hosted MCP server at mcp.reclaim.ai with per-tool permissions, plus a native ChatGPT app with interactive calendar widgets. The free Lite plan is genuinely usable, and the background agents (Focus, Habits, Buffers, Smart Meetings, Defend Meeting Overload) do the one job the product promises: reschedule your own priorities when someone else's meeting lands on them.
Honest dings
The backing model is never named, there is no model choice, and no way to measure whether the assistant is answering well. Lite caps you at 1 calendar sync and a 1-week scheduling range, which is a demo, not a plan. Mobile is thin, an old complaint that 2.0 did not fix. Trustpilot sits at 2.3/5, with recurring reports of habits being dropped and confusion after the Dropbox rebrand, so the ratings floor is real even if the product improved. And the acquisition question stays open: Dropbox said no planned pricing or support changes 'anytime soon' in August 2024, and 'anytime soon' is not 'never'. Competitor Clockwise was shut down by Salesforce on 27/03/2026, which is why the question keeps getting asked.
