Regie.ai
Regie has just put a $49 self-serve product on its own front page while the pricing page still sells a $1,800/month floor, and the honest read is that the agent works and the contact data behind it does not.

Strengths
Regie is the rare agent product where you can see the agent work. It reads your website to learn what you sell, finds the why-now on each account from careers pages, funding news, filings and 100+ monitored signals, drafts every message in a voice profile you confirmed, and shows the source behind each claim before you send. The tool trail is visible step by step. Agents are composed in chat, edited in chat and scheduled to run overnight, so the machine keeps adding prospects while nobody is watching. On the phone side it is a full stack rather than an add-on: power dialing, parallel dialing to nine lines, salesfloor rooms, listen-in and whisper coaching, AI voicemails, transcription and analysis. The company is credible — founded 2020 by an AI scientist and a career sales leader, $30M Series B in February 2025 co-led by Scale Venture Partners and Foundation Capital, and G2 badges for Momentum Leader and Most Implementable Mid-Market. The GDPR page is one of the better ones in this category: named processor role, fixed sub-processor list with advance notice, 30-day breach, deletion and subject-rights commitments, and a CISO mailbox for data subjects.
Honest dings
The contact data is the problem, and it is not a minor one. Data accuracy is the single most-cited complaint across roughly 349 G2 reviews, and a Gartner Peer Insights reviewer puts it bluntly: phone numbers were not for the right people or did not work, on a platform whose customer success team pushes calling as the most important step. A 220M-contact database is a liability, not an asset, when the dialer amplifies every bad row nine at a time. Second: the draft quality that Regie sells is the thing users most often edit, and there is no eval surface anywhere to catch a bad draft before it sends. Third: no public API, no SDK, no MCP server — Regie sells agents while speaking no open agent protocol, and its new self-serve workspace has narrowed to HubSpot, Gmail and LinkedIn with a mailto for everything else. Fourth: the pricing story is now split between a $49 front page and a $1,800/month pricing page, and the enterprise tiers charge per seat for a product whose entire premise is needing fewer of them. Finally, Regie self-classifies as low-risk under the EU AI Act without publishing the assessment, which is a claim a European buyer should make it prove.
