The protocol gap is the big one. In August 2026 both direct competitors run hosted MCP servers with regional endpoints, OAuth and write actions, and Sprinto has none, so third parties are generating MCP servers from its API to fill the hole. The API itself is a liability in that context: admin-only keys with full access to the entire graph and scoped keys still listed as future work. Nothing else about the AI is inspectable either.
